The SF-1 Type Crawler Cap Press is an automatic cap pressing equipment developed by our company. It features a simple structure, reliable performance, and easy operation. Working Principle:

During operation, the equipment synchronizes the movement of the cap pressing chain plate and the bottles on the conveyor using a stepless variable speed motor. The cap pressing chain plate gradually tightens the bottle caps until they are securely sealed, completing the entire cap pressing process.

Installation and Adjustment:

1. Adjust the leveling bolts during installation to ensure a maximum vertical deviation of 3mm.
2. Adjust the height of the nuts on the two screw rods to achieve the desired cap pressing height while maintaining the slope of the cap pressing plate.
3. Use the variable speed adjuster on the motor to control the cap pressing speed.
