The cap is placed on the feeder, which is then transported into the shrink chamber by the conveyor system. The hot air system generates high-temperature air that is directed onto the cap, rapidly heating it. The cap softens and shrinks, tightly adhering to the bottle neck. Finally, the conveyor system transports the packaged bottles, completing the entire packaging process.

The structure of the Convenient Bottle Closure includes a hot air system, conveyor system, shrink system, and control system. The hot air system comprises a heater, fan, and air duct that generate high-temperature air. The conveyor system consists of a conveyor belt and feeder, accurately delivering the caps into the shrink chamber. The shrink system, consisting of the shrink chamber and air outlet, effectively shrinks and wraps the cap onto the bottle neck.
