GZE intelligent series filling machine is a high-end new filling product developed on the basis of absorbing German technology. It is mainly suitable for liquors, beverages, soy sauce, vinegar and other liquid filling machines that do not contain gas.

1. This machine adopts real-time measurement and control technology, PLC tracking operation compensation technology and double flow rate control technology.

2. The filling valve of this machine adopts a special flow line and is equipped with a liquid defoamating device. When the liquid flow is poured into the bottle mouth, the flow rate slows down, the liquid column becomes thinner, and the liquid is not spilt or choked.

3. This machine integrates electricity, gas and machinery in one, no bottle lifting structure, stable operation and easy maintenance.

4. The bottle mouth does not contact with the valve mouth, does not damage the bottle mouth, and avoids polluting the bottle body.

5. Three optional functions can be added: remote control, remote detection and intelligent temperature compensation.

6. When the machine fails, the sound, light and electric automatic alarm can be eliminated in time.
