This Fully Automatic Bottle Cap Shrink Machine is an improved version of the traditional channel-type shrink machine. It features meticulous material selection, a sleek design, and easy installation. The main features of this machine are as follows:

1. The machine's support legs have been changed from 4 main column-type to plate-type, effectively reducing heat loss and improving thermal energy utilization. The support plate is more sturdy and height adjustment is more convenient.
2. The machine now uses custom-made fans instead of the old inexpensive ones. The fan inlet can be adjusted as needed to control the airflow inside the machine, making it easier to operate. The lifespan of these fans is five times longer than regular ones.
3. It utilizes U-shaped composite heating tubes, making it easier to identify and repair faults.

The Fully Automatic Bottle Cap Shrink Machine works by heating the bottle caps with hot air, causing them to shrink and tightly seal the bottle necks. It consists of a hot air system, conveyor system, shrink system, and control system. Firstly, the caps are placed on the feeder, and the conveyor system transports them into the shrink chamber. Then, the hot air system generates high-temperature hot air and directs it onto the caps, rapidly heating them. Under the influence of the hot air, the caps soften, shrink, and adhere tightly to the bottle necks. Finally, the conveyor system transports the packaged bottles out, completing the entire packaging process.

The hot air system consists of a heater, fan, and hot air duct, which produce high-temperature hot air. The conveyor system consists of a conveyor belt and feeder, accurately delivering the caps into the shrink chamber. The shrink system consists of the shrink chamber and air outlet, effectively shrinking the caps and wrapping them around the bottle necks. The control system allows for precise control of the machine's operation.
