This SF-1 Crawler-Type Automatic Covering Equipment is a reliable and easy-to-use machine developed by our company. It is designed for medium-sized beverage manufacturers and is suitable for various liquor, beverage, and brewing production needs. It can be integrated with filling machines, inspection machines, labeling machines, and conveyors to form a complete packaging production line.

Product Features:

2. Synchronized capping with stepless motor speed adjustment to meet different production requirements.
3. Height adjustment of the capping process using a screw rod, accommodating a wide range of bottle sizes.
4. Overload protection at the end of the capping process, ensuring timely shutdown in case of faults.

Working Principle:

During operation, the equipment synchronously moves the bottle with the capping chain plate and conveyor through a stepless variable speed motor. The capping chain plate gradually tightens the bottle cap until it is securely sealed, completing the entire capping process.

Installation and Adjustment:

1. Ensure the leveling and vertical deviation of the equipment by adjusting the foot bolts during installation.
2. Adjust the height of the nuts on the two screw rods on the device to achieve the desired capping height while maintaining the slope of the capping plate based on the bottle type.
3. Adjust the capping speed by using the variable speed controller attached to the motor.

Notes:

1. Strictly avoid performing maintenance or other abnormal operations without cutting off the power supply.
2. Ensure proper grounding of the equipment and comply with electrical installation safety requirements.
3. Replace the lubricating oil inside the reducer every 3000 hours using HL-20 lubricating oil.
4. If the machine is not used for a long time, necessary rust prevention measures should be taken, such as covering it with a plastic film to prevent dust.
