This channel type fully automatic bottle cap shrink machine is an improved version of the old channel type shrink machine. It is made with meticulous attention to materials, featuring a sleek design and easy installation. Its main features include:

1. The machine's support legs have been changed from 4 main column type to plate type, effectively reducing heat loss and increasing heat energy utilization. The support plate is more sturdy during use and height adjustment is more convenient.
2. The machine has been upgraded from using cheap conventional fans to specially customized fans. The fan's air intake can be adjusted as needed, allowing for precise control of the internal airflow in the machine. This makes operation easier. The lifespan of this fan is five times longer than that of a regular fan.
3. It utilizes U-shaped composite heating tubes, which are easy to diagnose and repair in case of any faults.

The working principle of this channel type fully automatic bottle cap shrink machine is to heat the bottle caps using hot air, causing them to shrink and tightly wrap around the bottle neck. It consists of a hot air system, conveying system, shrinking system, and control system. Firstly, the bottle caps are placed on the feeder, and the conveying system transports them into the shrinking chamber. Then, the hot air system generates high-temperature hot air and sprays it onto the bottle caps through the air outlet, rapidly heating them. Under the effect of the hot air, the caps become soft and shrink, tightly adhering to the bottle neck. Finally, the conveying system transports the packaged bottles out, completing the entire packaging process. The hot air system consists of a heater, fan, and hot air duct, which can generate high-temperature hot air. The conveying system is composed of a conveyor belt and feeder, accurately delivering the bottle caps into the shrinking chamber. The shrinking system consists of the shrinking chamber and air outlet, which can shrink the caps and wrap them around the bottle neck. The control system allows for precise control of the machine's operations.
