This channel-type fully automatic bottle caps shrink wrap machine is an improved version of the traditional channel-type shrink wrap machine. It has been refined to have meticulous material selection, a sleek appearance, and easy installation. The main features of this machine are as follows:

1. The machine's support legs have been changed from 4 main column-style legs to plate-style legs, effectively reducing heat loss and improving thermal energy utilization. The support plate is more secure and the height adjustment is more convenient.
2. The machine now uses a specially customized fan with adjustable air intake, allowing for better control of the airflow inside the casing according to actual needs. This fan has a lifespan five times longer than ordinary fans.
3. The machine utilizes U-shaped composite heating tubes, making it easier to diagnose and repair any malfunctions.

The working principle of this channel-type fully automatic bottle caps shrink wrap machine is to use heated air to shrink and tightly wrap the bottle caps around the bottle neck. It consists of a hot air system, conveying system, shrinking system, and control system. Firstly, the bottle caps are placed on the feeder, and the conveying system transports them into the shrink chamber. Then, the hot air system generates high-temperature air and directs it onto the bottle caps, rapidly heating them. Under the effect of the hot air, the bottle caps soften and shrink, tightly adhering to the bottle neck. Finally, the conveying system transports the packaged bottles out, completing the entire packaging process. The hot air system consists of a heater, fan, and air duct, and it is capable of producing high-temperature air. The conveying system consists of a conveyor belt and feeder, accurately delivering the bottle caps into the shrink chamber. The shrinking system consists of the shrink chamber and air outlet, effectively shrinking the bottle caps and wrapping them around the bottle neck.
